Dr. Ahmadi earned her undergraduate degree in Health Science from the University of Ottawa. She then pursued her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC).

She practices an evidence-based model of care and focuses on overall patient health. Treatment interventions she may include in your treatment include spinal and extremity manipulations, joint mobilization, rehabilitation exercises, strengthening and conditioning exercises, soft tissue therapy, Kinesio-taping, orthotics, various forms of therapeutic modalities, lifestyle and nutritional counseling, and ergonomic assessments.

During her years at CMCC, Dr. Ahmadi developed a passion for fitness, especially strength and conditioning. She enjoys implementing strategies to help her patients improve functionally towards their goals whether it is an activity of daily living or athletic performance. Her goal is to not only resolve the primary condition that a patient comes in with but to ensure that the patient has the knowledge and skills to avoid re-injury.

Outside clinical care, Dr. Ahmadi enjoys long-distance running, fitness training, hiking, spending time with her family, and reading.
